This spontaneous event saw us transform Belfast's Victoria Square into a welcoming living room set, inviting passersby to take a seat, share their thoughts on interior design, and even win some fantastic spot prizes.

Supporting Cash For Kids

Cash for Kids is a cause close to our hearts at EZ Living Interiors, and we are delighted to support this amazing cause. Cash for Kids fundraises to combat holiday hunger. For some local children, their school dinner is the only hot meal of the day. During the holidays struggling families simply cannot afford enough food, so they are often eating unhealthy options or even nothing at all.

In May 2024, we hosted Cash for Kids Day Garden Parties in our Northern Irish stores. Money raised on Cash for Kids Day helped provide children with important healthy meals during the holidays.

Grand Opening Of Out Outlet Store At Boucher Road

We were thrilled to announce the grand opening of our Outlet Store at Boucher Road.

It made the perfect backdrop days later for design and interiors enthusiasts, press, and influencers to gather for an evening to experience in person the Sofa Workshop x Hugh Wallace collection of timeless pieces, and to enjoy listening to the RTE Home of the Year head judge in conversation with interior designer and RTE Home of the Year 2021 finalist David O’Brien, and Emma Murphy, creative manager of EZ Living Interiors.

Cocktails, canapes and a covetable goodie bag greeted guests on arrival, along with a red-carpet style photo op setting the scene for what promised to be an informative and brilliantly social evening, with ample time before and after the main event for a chance to catch-up with friends and colleagues from the interior's community.

Hosting the launch was EZ Living Interiors’ director Gavin White who joined guests to listen to the panel chat on how the timeless designs in the collection are a perfect complement to contemporary living. It proved to be an insightful discussion with friendly banter over design differences of opinion, garnering plenty of laughter from the audience.

Seeing the Sofa Workshop x Hugh Wallace collection sit within the broader context of super-stylish vignettes to inspire shoppers looking for direction on how to make products work together and style a room, Gavin acknowledged the talent and hard work of the visual merchandising team, often the unsung heroes of retail, and the marketing and creative teams.

Speaking of his pride in launching Sofa Workshop x Hugh Wallace, Gavin told the audience how the new Belgard store is the 20th nationwide. “This store was five years in the making and we are thrilled to finally open and be able to have such a lovely evening with friends of our business.”
