Select which store or warehouse you would like to pick up your order from. Please keep in mind that not all stores offer Click & Collect.

We’ll send you an email to advise of when the item is being sent to the store. The store will then contact you by phone once your order has arrived.

Why choose to Click and Collect at EZ Living Interiors?
Opt for in-store or warehouse collection to receive your items without the need to pay a delivery charge. You can also arrange to collect your item(s) at a time that is convenient to you. If you need your items urgently, place your order before 12PM and choose to collect from our main Cork warehouse. These can then be collected the same day. Once your order has been placed online, we will notify you with more information.
How does in-store collection work at EZ Living Interiors?
Easily add your desired items to your cart and choose 'Store pickup' during checkout. Please note that only smaller items are available for collection from store. However, larger items are available to collect from our main Cork warehouse. After completing your online order, you’ll receive a collection confirmation email advising of when your order will be ready. Simply visit your chosen location after this date with your confirmation email and ID, and our staff will have your order available for pickup.
What happens after I place my Click & Collect order at EZ Living Interiors?
Upon completing your order, you’ll receive an automated Order Confirmation email, confirming that we’ve received your order. Once your order has been processed we’ll send you a subsequent email, advising of when your item(s) are being sent to your chosen location. For collections from store or distribution warehouses, a staff member will contact you once your order is available. For collection from main Cork warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation advising that your goods are ready, usually within 24 hours.
Is Click and Collect available in all stores?
Click and Collect for smaller items is available at , Waterford, Navan, Drogheda, Wexford, Carlow, Coleraine, Kylemore Warehouse and Belfast Warehouse. For full list of stores, click here.
When can I collect my order?
Once your order has been prepared and is ready for collection, we'll notify you either by email or phone. Pop to your chosen collection point and ensure that you take your confirmation email and proof of identity with you. Please do not attempt to collect goods unless you have been notified that it is ready.
What are the lead times for Click and Collect orders at EZ Living Interiors?
Click and Collect lead times vary depending on the store and time of year. However we will endeavor to have your order ready for collection within 5 to 10 days on average. Orders placed before 12PM on a work day for in-stock items will be available for collection from our main Cork warehouse on the same day. We'll notify you via email or phone once your items are ready to collect. Please refrain from attempting to collect your order until you receive a 'Ready to Collect' email notification from us. Where do I go at the store to collect my Click and Collect order? What do I need to bring?
Please make your way to the front desk of our store and a member of staff will assist you. Please bring the confirmation email and proof of ID with you when collecting your order.
What happens if I can’t collect my order when it is ready?
If you are unable to pick up your order when it is ready, your order will be held for 2 weeks. Our store team will contact you to arrange collection. If you can't collect during this period, your order will be returned to our main warehouse and an alternative collection date will be arranged.
I've changed my mind and no longer want to collect my order at EZ Living Interiors. What should I do?
If you've had a change of heart and wish to cancel your Click and Collect order, please contact us to initiate the cancellation process and receive a refund. Reach out to us through our dedicated online cancellation request form, via email at info@ezlivinginteriors.com, or by calling our online sales team at 0818 77 66 88.
Is there a limit on the number, size, or weight of items purchased through Click and Collect?
Yes, please note that Click & Collect from store is only available on smaller items that can be carried by one person This includes but is not limited to accessories, footstools, dining chairs, benches and bar stools. There is no restriction on the number of in-stock items you can purchase through Click and Collect.
Can I collect large items, such as sofas or dining tables, with Click & Collect at EZ Living Interiors?
Yes, larger items such as sofa’s, dining tables, beds and mattresses can be collected from our main Cork warehouse. We do ask that you bring a suitable vehicle for the collection of larger items.
