At EZ Living Interiors your happiness is important to us and we want you to be really satisfied with your purchase. However, we do know that, from time to time an item that you have received just doesn’t suit and that you may need to return it. When this happens, we aim to make our return procedure as smooth and simple as possible.
Item Unsuitable?
Step 1: Simply complete the below easy-to-use form with the required details and we will then arrange for the item(s) to be collected by one of our dedicated team from your home. Please note that a collection fee is chargeable for this service which may be equal to or greater than the original delivery charge paid. Items must be in their original packaging and available for collection within 14 days.
Step 2: Once the item has been collected by our dedicated team, returned to our warehouse and inspected, you will receive a refund, less any uplift/collection costs, to the original payment method used. This can take up to 7 working days but can vary depending on the bank.

Returns Policy
1. Cancellations for made-to-order items will need to be made within 14 days from the date your order was placed.
2. To receive a refund you must take care of the goods. If you fail to do so we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a charge based on the condition of the goods. It is not possible to refund made-to-order items unless you cancel them in accordance with your rights or they are faulty/not as described. Your statutory rights are not affected.
3. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible and, in any event, within no more than 14 days of the day you have given us notice of cancellation or returned items.
4. Until the goods are returned to us, you are responsible for them including if the goods are lost, damaged or destroyed. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
5. We will process a refund using the same method of payment originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
6. If goods are delivered to a third party and you are unable to return them to us, you may not be entitled to a refund.
7. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and be in a saleable condition.
